We have a great opportunity for a Customer Experience Professional to join our Honeywell Building Technologies team in Bucharest! Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. Offer a centralized support of contract activities – transactional and analysis, globally with standard offerings to support the business in making decisions on contractual issues.
Customer Experience Professional Responsibilities:
Booking contracts onto systems and compliance and linking contract and assets to downstream/upstream systems. Manage renewal Process activities
Setting up new customers and ensuring alignment of delivery
Credit and Billing - Transactional activities – SAP/FX
Checklist and analysis of each renewal – advise or action as per segregation rules
Look at providing compressive data pack – outstanding invoices/disputes/quotes not completed., contractual activities completed before renewal – allow FSL to have meaningful negotiations
English and French language proficiency
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in Customer Experience/Support/Care
SAP & FX experience (or other ERPs)
Commercial orientation/ Client oriented
