    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    - Degree from a top-tier university, ideally within an analytical or mathematical discipline
    - Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    - Understanding of the role CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred) have within the sales organization
    - The ideal candidate will have experience working within a sales or sales operations environment within a software organization

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities & Deliverables:

    Your deliverables as a Business Intelligence Associate will include, but are not limited to, the following:

    - Resolving issues raised by the sales organization via the Sales Operations Support Services ticket queue
    - Partake in weekly Executive Deal Desk meetings in an administrative function to ensure all points are captured, and the CRM system is updated accordingly with actions to be followed on
    - Work with business partners in the creation of quality reports and analysis based on their needs – e.g. focus opportunity reports from Salesforce.com, and sales performance metrics in Microsoft Excel
    - Gather requirements and suggest appropriate solutions
    - Contribute to continually improve business processes
    - Provide regional sales with ad-hoc Salesforce.com and Pearl/CPQ (pricing tool) training
    - Assist in the documentation of CRM tool change requests – Business Requirements, Test Scripts, etc.
    - Assist in pre-production testing of CRM change requests
