What you need to succeed:

Between 3-5 years of experience as an in-house attorney at law in a national/international company (IT industry) or recognized law firm.
Experience in contracts revision, drafting, and negotiation, on Data protection (e.g. revision of data protection agreements, implementation of GDPR projects) in IT legal and intellectual property.
Background in a law firm or in an IT company would be a plus.
Critical thinking mindset, detail-oriented, precise, and autonomous.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and fluency in Romanian and English.

What you will do:

Provide legal support and consultancy to different departments of the company.
Draft, review, negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contractual documents.
Advise on Data Protection matters (e.g. revision of data protection agreements, implementation of GDPR projects).
