General Accountant and Tax Specialist

Must have :
University degree in Economics/Accounting/Business, accounting or relevant field is a plus
Language – English
Proven , 3-5 years’ experience as General Accounting and Tax Specialist
Good knowledge of legislation and regulation about indirect taxes and VAT
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and best practices

o Analitycal thinking ability to perform data analysis
o Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision,analitycal thinking and problem solving skills

Responsabilities:

• General accounting work such as bookkeping , tax filing
• Collect the required documents for a monthly financial statements , including invoice Tax, invoice for Sales VAT report and Purchase VAT report, withholding tax( WHT), local taxes.
• Prepare declarations 300, 390,394,100, 101
• Answer and advice on accounting and taxation, in alignment with internal rules and romanian legislation

• Good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information.
• Provide support in Daily/ WeeklyMontly reporting
• Manages the month end close for the accounts assigned, balance sheet reconciliations & internal reporting
• The goal is to ensure accurate financial books and fiscal declaration in a timely maner
• Performs monthly analytics for the accounts assigned and presents to superiors
