As a Relationship Manager SME you will extend the portfolio by attracting new customers externally and in close collaboration with all segments of the bank, identifying client’s financial needs and recommending the adequate financial advisory; you will monitor the product portfolio for the assigned customers and periodically reevaluate their investment profile.

How is a day at the office for a Relationship Manager SME
First you start with your morning coffee and after that you attend the daily standup with a team of experts where you update each other on the interesting projects you’ve done and say what you want to accomplish.
You will see and clarify the data sources that are involved in the projects. You will hold responsibility in…
-Maintaining and developing business relationships with the existing clients;
-Extending the portfolio by attracting new customers externally and in close collaboration
with all segments of the bank;
-Identifying clients’ financial needs and recommending the adequate financial advisory;
-Monitoring the product portfolio for the assigned customers and periodically reevaluating
their investment profile, in accordance with the banking standards;
-Contributing in the development of new products, processes, policies or strategies by
identifying and promoting new ideas and opportunities.
-Availability to regularly travel around the allocated region to maintain and develop
…and must have:
-Bachelor degree and knowledge in banking, sales, financial markets;
-Relevant experience in a similar position, with a minimum of 1 year in customer relations field;
-Knowledge in capital markets, investment products, treasury instruments (would be a plus);
-Excellent communication skills, sales and negotiation abilities;
-Focus on results and performance, problem solving orientation;
-Good command of English
-Driving license (not mandatory)
