Supplier Manager ITSM - TSR

The Supplier Manager ensures that the services (e.g. Service Desk, ITSM Tool operation) provided by suppliers remain fit for purpose and continue to meet the organizations requirements. That includes monitoring, reporting and regular reviews of the supplier performance against targets, and to identify and implement improvement measures. The Supplier Manager acts as key stakeholder for Service Desk and ITSM Related Services to our providers.

Responsibilities:

* Review of contracts and SLA's with service suppliers;
* Ensures quality of provider's deliverables;
* Drive continuous cost optimization;
* Implement operational process together with suppliers (change management on the supplied services, establish incident and problem management processes, etc);
* Establish proper reporting and monitor the performance of provider(s);
* Continuously adapt services to business needs.

Your skills and competencies:

* Academic Degree and/ or ITIL certifications;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Organization;
* IT Support processes ( ITIL certifications - intermediate);
* Negotiations skils;
* IT Project Management;
* English Languaga Skills - advanced.
