Responsibilities:
* Moderate and lead Process Improvement Projects.
* Modeling of processes in STAGES, perform Process Releases.
* Develop and perform Process relevant Trainings.
* Perform Audits and compliance checks to Standards (e.g. ASPICE).
* Work with teams in the implementation and usage of processes, methodologies, tools/techniques and best practices.
* Develop, introduce and improve Process relating tools (VBA-scripts, Sharepoint).
* First entry Point for Process related questions.
* Perform Process and PM related Trainings.
* Perform Process and PM Coaching.
* Consolidate, conceptualize and promote Process Change Requests.
Job Requirements:
* Process Management knowledge in Theory in Praxis.
* MS Office / STAGES.
* Knowledge on databases and scripting (will be a plus).
* Automotive Project Experiences.
* Knowledge about Product Life Cycle and Standards (ASPICE, ISO26262).
* Competence to coach people.
* Communication, presentation and training skills.
* Intercultural experiences.
