Senior Financial Controller

5 years + in a similar position (senior accountant / chief accountant /management accountant /financial analyst)
English – professional working proficiency
MS Office – advanced (especially Excel)
Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Finance /Accounting / Business Administration
Previous experience in ERPs utilization (NAV)
Knowledgeable of the company cycles
• Knowledgeable of entire finance function
Good accounting knowledge
Understanding of translation from statutory to management accounting (previous experience in translating from RAS to IFRS / US GAAP)
Experience / good knowledge of reporting
Understand variance concept of actuals vs. budget
Balance sheet review

Oversee all company transactions
Review expense requested vs. approved budgets
Monthly review of accounting transactions
Works together with the Chief Accountant for errors remediation
Reconcile management with statutory accounts
Ensure together with Chief Accountant that statutory financial reports are accurate and filed in time
Instrumental in preparing regular / monthly management reports
Instrumental in prepare monthly cash flows
Identify and analyse variances vs. budget
Act as point of contact for collection of budget data from departments
Instrumental in budget process
Backup Head of financial affairs in budget preparations / communication
Ensure operations compliance with statutory laws
Ensure proper internal controls are in place and create remediation plans if necessary
Monitor, review and propose updates for internal controls as necessary
