First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred
Typically 4-5 years of related experience in business operations
Experience in any of the following: Contract Management Operations, services and support, SAP TM
Time and Material business knowledge is a plus
Business or Systems Analyst experience preferred
Typically 2-3 years of project management experience
Experience working in cross-organizationalfunctional project teams.
PMP andor LSS certifications desired
Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills.
Mature negotiation skills
Leading and influencing across teams
Teamwork focused
Self-motivated
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, excel, Outlook)
High level of professional competence
Lead complex business and cross-functional projects and initiatives for the region
Work with all business stakeholders to prioritize projects and build the yearly roadmap for owned processes
Build projects plans including timelines, objectives, and deliverables
Influence business leaders by presenting insightful analysis and recommendations for optimizing the business performance
Present the business cases to the organization's Director and other stakeholders
Be responsible for achieving the targeted business performance and all annual objectives
Lead andor participate in global projects from his area of expertise
Offer guidance for the projects and programs with an increased level of complexity at the global level that falls into his area of expertise
Revise the results of projects and make recommendations for strategic decisions
Identify areas of improvement for owned processes and set strategies, start projects for achieving the improvements
Develop and maintain the relations with business partners and offer advice for successful implementation of the recommendations for process improvements
