    We expect you to:
    • Have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Have a Bachelor’s Degree - desirable in economics, human resources management or any other related field
    • Have administration and organization skills as well as the ability to work well under deadlines
    • Be proficient in English – both verbal and written
    • Be well organized and an analytical personality
    • Have integrity and positive energy
    • Have energy and drive to improve procedures and processes
    • Have good Excel skills
    • Have good relationship building and management skills
    • Highly developed communication skills

    Responsabilitati

    If you will take this role, we want you to be responsible for providing HR administrative support on a day-to day basis in a very energetic environment. :)

    As HR Admin in Kambi, you will be in charge with:
    - Providing support and guidance on HR policies and procedures to all Bucharest office employees and managers, regarding HR related topics: internal HR applications, vacations, employee certificates, maternity leaves
    - Updating the HR System - enter employees on system, mark leavers & changes, run reports to check system is up to date
    - Reporting activity - run reports from HR systems as and when required
    - Support with HR intranet – updates to documents, uploading content
    - Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time
    - Maintains updated all the stored HR related data, e.g. vacations, fluctuation, absence
    - Keep in mind that 20-30% will be allocated the HR Admin global tasks
