Kambi is a B2B provider of premium sports betting services to licensed B2C gaming operators. Our services encompass a broad offering from front end user interface through to odds compiling, customer intelligence and risk management, built on an in-house developed software platform.

We employ 430+ staff across offices in Malta (headquarters), London, Manila, Bucharest and Stockholm. Our current coverage includes more than 165,000 live betting events and 300,000 pre-match events per year covering 65 different sports from all over the world.

At Kambi we are offering you an opportunity to work in a fast growing global business with the latest technology and brilliant colleagues. We pride ourselves on our fun and flexible working culture and our commitment to developing our employees. At Kambi, we live by our values of common sense, professional pride, curiosity, reliability, selflessness and candour and we are always looking for passionate and innovative people who share these values.

Channel your passion for sports
With a lot of similarities to the financial industry, Sportsbook Operations is the department that is responsible for the content of the Kambi product.

Our staff calculates odds for events, trade the bets, settle the bet offers, segment the players and analyse the trading performance. There are many different roles within the department, each performing a specialised function.

The right person
In Sportsbook Operations we have approximately 350 employees in our offices in London, Bucharest, Malta and Manila made up of more than 30 nationalities.

Positions in Sportsbook require a mix of high level mathematical skill, expert knowledge of sports and leagues, attention to detail and the ability to think clearly under pressure. Above all, you should be fiercely competitive and able to innovate in a dynamic, fast-changing industry.

Crack codes with creativity
In Kambi Technology we develop and maintain a technical platform for online sports betting.
Our services are online, in real time, complex but exciting.

We see ourselves as a community, a team working together and supporting each other to solve problems. We have clear structures of responsibilities and no hierarchy.

Technology is divided into two areas of business. IT Operations and IT Development.

IT Development consists of 90+ people constantly trying to improve the process of turning user stories into shippable code.
They’re dedicated to value-driven development; think lean software development is a great way of achieving that and use Scrum to support efforts along the road.

IT Operations consists of 30+ people working to ensure Kambi’s business can deliver 24/7, 365 days a year. They’re dedicated to agile operations, think dev-ops and automation is a great way of achieving that and use Kanban to support efforts along the way.

We believe developers and dev-ops practitioners thrive in a flexible and inclusive company culture and we support our employees in their quest to evolve.

At Kambi, we live by our values: Responsive, Passionate and Focused. And we’re always looking for dedicated, driven and innovative people who share in our vision.

The right person
If you are a team player, who enjoys being a part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, get excited about solving technical problems, relish the thought of responsibility and high levels of freedom, - then you’ll do your best work here.

We believe in self-organising teams that take responsibility for what they build and who own the process.
We value the right mix of skills, attitude, motivation and drive; together with proven experience.
