CUSTOMER ADVISOR with FRENCH

REQUIRED PROFILE:

French language proficiency and English intermediate level
Customer oriented person, excellent communication skills (active listening), quick learner
Proactive and a great team player

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Perform technical troubleshooting for French customers via phone and email regarding electrical vehicle charging station
Reporting performance or technical defects;
You will provide solutions for complaints and information.

Attractive salary package: up to 4000 Ron net, 400 Ron monthly bonus based on performances and 320 Ron flexible benefits
Night Schedule: Monday – Sunday 9:00 – 18:00; 12:00 – 21:00
