    • experience in the Oil&Gas sector (preferable) and /or Construction Engineering
    skilled on (but not limited to) Tendering, Bidding and Calculation of
    Materials and Equipment.
    • previous experience in the technical field, mainly focused on oil and gas
    • development and maintenance of a regional network of suppliers and
    • excellent skills of organization, communication and negotiation
    • enthusiast, dynamic person with the desire to evolve professionally, learning and
    adaptation capacity.
    • ability to analyze the logic of situations and information
    • ability to make quick and accurate decisions
    • solid knowledge of operating the Office package and Internet websites
    • preferable education – Technical profile, engineering
    • PC and Microsoft Office operating knowledge
    • Advanced English Level, would be preferable


    • Coordinate specific Project aspect regarding engineering, procurement,
    construction, commissioning (as applicable)
    • Review tender and bid documents
    • Monitor progress of project phases, in accordance with time, cost and quality
    • Assist the Department Manager in the Interface Management of
    partners/nominated subcontractors
    • Assist in the preparation, implementation and updating of the Project Technical
    • Coordinate proposal invoicing activities (if applicable)
    • Following and selecting new bids
    • Preparation of the tender dossier for the purpose of fulfilling the preliminary
    conditions of participation
