    - English – advanced level;
    - College graduate;
    - Minimum 1 year of experience;
    - Previous experience and fluency in any of the following domains: customer service, project management, quality improvement systems, teamwork, working in virtual teams;
    - Experience in management is a plus;


    - Fulfillment of the daily activities (individual or team activities), as well as the annual projects, according to the established performance level;
    - Is an active supporter of improvement processes and initiatives, with
    emphasis on cross team cooperation;
    - Participates actively in the HOS deployment (knows the principles, develops
    and uses tools, kaizen, leadership standardized work, rapid problem solving,
    visual management and knowledge sharing);
    - Provides support to teams in terms of building process knowledge and
    - Works to identify and grow talent; ensures direct reports develop constantly
    to build strong succession;
    - Holds interviews / takes staffing decisions; facilitates the integration of the
    new joiners in the team;
    - Provides permanent support for direct reports in their daily activities;
