    Requirements

    - Fluency in spoken and written French language - Candidate should be able to hold seamless conversations in French over phone and chat with dealers, customers, third party collection agencies and other external parties.
    - Working knowledge of English language - Candidate should be able to understand conversations in English as part of training modules, and also read emails/documents written in English.
    - Previous experience of 2-5 years in role of a supervisor with banking or non-banking financial firms is preferred.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for people management
    - Oversee a team responsible for managing customer relationships.
    - Organize and define tasks and areas of responsibility of each.
    - Animation, monitoring of results, challenges, training for better efficiency.
    - Evaluation of employees, support, meetings (visual management).
    - Participate in recruitment (permanent contracts, qualification contracts, internships, temporary workers).

    • Administrative part and Customer Portfolio Management:
    - Update of Customer files (financial and non-financial maintenance) in system.
    - Collection of payments.
    - Cheques delivered to the bank.
    - Control and Approval of cash.
    - AML control and approval.
    - Management of Assignment documents.
    - Management of customer refunds.
    - Management of the customer mailbox.
    - Management of requests/complaints, customer letters.
    - Telephony management.
    - Management of accounting documents.
    - POS / Closed Contracts.

    • Commercial Party:
    - Raising awareness and exchange of good practices between sales and collection.
    - Participation and intervention in the acceptance (or refusal) of certain files in back-up of the supervisor of retail studies.
