    • Have a dedicated approach and a good understanding of your organization’s learning policies and goals.

    Desired Technical Knowledge:
    • Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
    • PHP
    • HTML5, JQuery, CSS, Bootstrap


    1. As the E-learning Administrator, you will provide technical support in the e-learning activity and our internal clients and administrate the Learning Management System (LMS). You will provide first line support on LMS issues and escalate these as necessary, ensuring that these are logged and resolved.
    2. You will support the e-learning design team in creating assessments as required, as well as uploading content and resources to the LMS. You will keep the track of the freshly uploaded relevant courses, materials, and workshops within the LMS.
    3. You will handle the creation and maintenance of internal and external user accounts, reports and other LMS admin duties. You will be responsible with suggesting improvements to reduce manual tasks and escalate issues, ideas and potential solutions within the wider learning experience team. You will make sure that the LMS works properly and act fast if it comes to bugs and unexpected errors.
    4. You will provide first line support to all the employees on the use of our LMS and online courses. You will recognize and resolve the issues that may appear when it comes to course design, its configuration or infrastructure and will help the learners with any issues.
    5. The role involves a good level of IT knowledge and the ability to develop in competence to use new software quickly.

    Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following;
    1. Defining user roles.
    2. Creating learning courses.
    3. Building custom certification processes.
    4. Providing individual/personalized feedback for the learners
    5. Dealing with customer technical support calls and emails
    6. Create and maintain LMS internal and external user accounts in line with bank requirements
    7. Reporting on usage, statistics and general product analysis
    8. Testing and QA to ensure all online trainings are up to the required standards the bank demands
    9. Log performance issues and change requests on all online trainings
    10. Creating online assessments
    11. Maintaining and developing relationships with all the bank’s employees
    12. Creating and monitoring online surveys/feedback forms (QR based)
    13. Developing and maintaining new software/IT apps with educational purpose, based on specific needs.
