·Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Online Marketing/ Economics/Business related studies;
·Minimum 2 years of analytical experience preferably in e-commerce/digital analytics area;
·Thorough understanding of standard online metrics and terminology;
·Experienced in working with Google Analytics / Omniture;
·Fluent English.

As a “Digital Analyst” you will:

·Coordinate consistent reporting of standard web and business KPIs, carry out ad-hoc analytics and create new reports as required;
·Communicate data insights and recommendations to the organization, in a clear and concise manner;
·Use segmentations to identify profitable Customer groups and strategic insights to improve the Customer experience;
·Help plan and execute the following activities: Pricing, Promotions, Site merchandising, Content management, Merchandising analytics ;
·Use statistics (data exploration and analysis, estimation, hypotheses testing, forecasting) to support business development.
