Agile Tooling and Metrics Analyst

As an Agile Tooling and Metrics Analyst, you will be critical in enabling a data-driven culture, transparency, better and faster decision-making, and continuous improvement at all levels. Enabling teams to extract effective delivery metrics that help them improve their predictability, as well as providing leadership with simple and impactful dashboards. You will bring together data and metrics including commercial, customer, delivery and people measures in order to provide a 360 degree view of health, enabling a 'whole product' view of the partnership.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive effective and useful adoption of workflow tooling (including Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana) with well set out guardrails
• Design and educate leadership on effective use of Agile metrics including flow, DORA and SPACE metrics
• Partner with the Cloud Enablement and Engineering Experience and Productivity teams to prioritise implementation of frameworks and tools for capturing and analysing data from source systems as GitHub, Jira, Asana and Azure DevOps
• Create '360 view' of Product metrics bringing together data and information from multiple sources

In this role, you will:

• Influence people across teams and divisions to help drive adoption of tooling and metrics
• Role model and champion a data-driven culture
• Contribute to the effectiveness of the transformation journey and drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to the outcomes and KPIs for the program and monitoring of them
• Collaborate with agile coaches, executives, and senior leadership
• Build relationships across the organisation and help drive and support the enterprise level drive for agility
• Provide regular feedback regarding scope, roadblocks, concerns to your colleagues and key stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions
• Experience with data visualization tools, preferably PowerBI, for creating reports and dashboards.
• Experience in agile, digital transformations, product transformations desirable
• Experience in agile workflow tooling and developer platforms, specifically Azure DevOps and GitHub
• In-dept knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Experience of flow/DORA/SPACE metrics desirable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritise effectively
• Ability to work with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Emotional intelligence, level-headed diplomat, skilled listener and clear communicator
