Technology Graduate programme 

Our Technology Graduate Programme will enable you to launch your career in Technology by contributing to live projects with leading technology, collaborating with, and being mentored by world class talent. You will have a significant role in harnessing new, disruptive technologies and working on projects aimed at integrating these into our frontline operations.  

To be eligible you must be a graduate who has completed your studies in 2022 or a final year undergraduate or Masters student and have completed all the requirements of your course before September 2023. You should be on track for a degree in a STEM subject (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics).  

Our graduates join us on a permanent basis; you will be aligned to a Technology team at the end of the recruitment process, based on the strengths you demonstrate and the requirements of the role. Depending on the team, roles can vary from development and automation to testing and analytics.

Technology Internship 

Our Technology Summer Internship Programme has been designed to enable exploration of potential career pathways at LSEG, to start to build some of the key skills you will need as a graduate and to help you to build self-insight into your strengths and interests. 

To be eligible, you must be a penultimate year STEM undergraduate or Masters student due to complete your degree by September 2024.  

During your time with us you will be working within our Capital Markets, Post Trade or Risk division. Roles can vary from development and programming to business analysis and tech project management. 

Our internship programme is an excellent way for us to spot talent for our graduate roles and for you to experience whether LSEG is right for you.  As well as the formal induction week, we offer a range of opportunities for development, including ‘learning lunches’ with subject-matter experts.
