Sasha, Group Head of Programme Management
"I’m currently working as a product management analyst with LSEG Technology’s Product Management team. This has meant learning about the different processes that go into designing and developing product features, and then helping to market the final product to our customers. As the regulatory landscape changes, we need to be able to innovate and to take the initiative in order to make sure we are providing the products and solutions that our clients really need."
Minghui, Graduate Programme Associate
"My current role with the IT Enterprise team is highly analytical and strategy-focused. The team is responsible for shaping LSEG’s future technology strategy and putting new IT decisions into practice. My work involves evaluating the performance of the Group’s IT assets portfolio and feeding this back to the key decision makers. It’s been fascinating to be able to learn about all of the Group’s technology operations and to understand how they impact different areas of the business."
Ramy, Graduate Programme Associate
