>> What are the selection criteria?
We are looking for graduates, master's students, or final-year university students with strong potential, curiosity, and a good level of English. Previous work experience is not required.
>> What does the selection process include?
The process typically consists of online assessments, a video interview, and an Assessment Centre featuring both individual and group exercises.
>> What are the assessors looking for?
We are interested in how you think, learn, and collaborate, as well as your motivation, potential, and willingness to grow and develop.
>> How quickly will I receive feedback?
We aim to provide feedback as quickly as possible after each stage, either by email or phone.
The programme lasts two years and includes three rotations across different departments, giving you wide exposure to the business.
>> What happens after the programme?
Upon successful completion, you may have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role within Vodafone, depending on your performance and career path.
>> Is the programme full-time and paid?
Yes. Discover is a full-time programme (8 hours per day) with a hybrid working model. From day one, you are a Vodafone employee, receiving a salary and a full range of employee benefits.
