One of the things I genuinely enjoy most in my role is working with young talent.

Every time a Discover joins my team, I am reminded that potential doesn't come with years of experience. It comes with curiosity, courage, and the willingness to learn.
I have always been drawn to people who ask questions, who challenge the status quo respectfully, who are eager to understand, and who are willing to go the extra mile because they care. Those are the moments when I see future leaders in the making.
Maybe that's also why I enjoy working with young graduates so much. I like being challenged. I like having someone ask a question that makes me rethink an assumption or see a situation from a different perspective. Their fresh ideas help me grow just as much as I hope my guidance helps them grow.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of mentoring many graduates. Some of my greatest satisfactions come from seeing them grow into outstanding professionals, remarkable human beings, and inspiring leaders in their own personal way. What makes this journey even more special is that I am still in touch with many of them today. Seeing how their careers and lives continue to evolve, watching them take on new challenges, succeed, learn, and help others grow, is incredibly rewarding.
I believe our role as leaders is not just to deliver results today. It is to create opportunities for people to grow, challenge themselves, and achieve more than they thought possible. That's why investing in young talent is something I take personally. Looking back at the many graduates I've had the privilege to work with, what makes me proudest is not only what they have achieved, but who they have become. Many are now leaders themselves, helping others grow just as someone once invested in them.
