Customer Support Representative with French

For our client, a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company, we are looking for a Customer Support with French.

Requirements:
Very good communication skills
Computer skills
Good English & French language skills, written, reading and spoken

Responsibilities:
Supporting end consumers via Phone and e-mails
Following up on consumers e-mails
Addressing all written/verbal requests and complaints received from the consumers and escalating if necessary
Follow up of the Customer's processes & procedures
Ensuring the return orders are processed
