    Experienta profesionala: minim 2 ani in domeniul logisticii;
    Cunostinte limba engleza: nivel mediu;
    Cunostinte operare PC: pachetul Microsoft Office, in special Excel;
    Abilitati puternice de comunicare;
    Rezistenta la stres;
    Mentalitate de membru de echipa, abilitatea de a colabora cu membri din diverse departamente si cu diverse functionalitati;
    Orientat spre solutionarea problemelor.

    Responsabilitati

    Primeste si introduce in sistem toate comenzile pentru un anumit numar de clienti (inclusiv sampling-uri, redemptii, comenzi gratuite);
    Responsabil pentru acuratetea datelor introduse in sistem, verifica si evita comenzile si liniile duplicate, Responsabil cu respectarea fluxului de procesare al comenzilor si a rutinelor stabilite ;
    Intelege metodele si frecventa de comanda a clientilor din portofoliu si foloseste cu eficienta unelete puse la dispozitie pentru a evita erorile de procesare;
    Intelege alertele furnizate de sistem la procesarea comenzilor si orice alta eroare intalnita pe fluxul de procesare al comenzii, Intreprinde actiuni corective pentru a solutiona eventualele erori;
    Are vizibilitate asupra stocului pentru comenzile procesate si anunta Customer Collaboration Specialist pentru a gasi solutii;
    Modifica/Optimizeaza comenzile in sistem conform informatiilor primite de la Customer Collaboration Specialist sau alti colegi implicati in fluxul de procesare (Transport; Planning, Depozit Vanzari etc) pentru a ajuta la eficientizarea operatiunilor logistice;
    Foloseste procedura de rejectare a liniilor de comenzi pentru a inregistra corect toate modificarile la nivel de comanda;
