    What we need:

    -Are you fluent in French and with a touch of Upper Intermediate English? (written and verbal communication)
    -Do you have experience in customer interaction?
    -Do you have great problem solving & escalation management skills?
    -Are you focused on data quality and service level agreement?
    -Do you have great time management and administrative skills ?

    Responsabilitati

    If the answer for all of the above questions is YES then you are ready to be our Customer Expert.

    Here is what you will be doing:

    -You will provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries;
    -You will liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner and ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, and tracking and follow up of all incidents.
    -You will receive and log internal and/or external customer problem/request/issue and ensure proper documentation;
    -You will perform customer request/problem identification and follow defined procedures to resolve correctly;
    -You will document troubleshooting efforts and customer information in data capture tool and when required, transfer calls or will promptly notify responsible party for resolution;
    -As a customer expert you will demonstrate understanding of the customer’s business needs or market and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings;
