PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

•Mechanical/ electrical engineering bachelor degree;
•+5 years of experience working within an industrial environment;
•Motivated person, willing to learn and to improve his industrial environment knowledge;
•Very good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, AutoCad);
•Strong Background in Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen workshops).

•Experience in coordinating a production team;
•Responsible with KPI Administration;
•Supervises the production lines during the production startup/ ramp-up;
•Designs/ provides to the team the process documentation (BOM, drawings of the product/components, work/maintenance instructions, FMEA, layout of the production lines, flow chart);
•Schedules the production according to the customers’ requirements;
•Verifies the production declaration / solves the pending transaction in ERP (Oracle);
•In charge for applying the 6 S principles on the production line;
•Reports to the management team the output / productivity / quality of the products on the production line.
