Business Analyst - Functional/Technical

• University degree
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Experience with banking Data Warehouse and Data Management
• Good knowledge in Oracle PL/ SQL programming and of BI tool
• Experience with score cards implementations, new data model implementation it is a plus
• Experience in Agile SCRUM methodology
• Previous experience (at least 3 years) in retail lending process (banking industry)
• Interest to develop in the field of management and information technology
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Team-leading and leadership potential
• Very good communications skills
• Fluency in English
• Volunteering activities, extracurricular experience is a plus
• Travel availability

• Implementing solutions for our clients performing both functional and technical roles, and if required small programming / configurations tasks
• Areas of expertise:
- Data warehouse / Business Intelligence / Reporting
- Multichannel (CRM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking/ Front office)
