Position overview
We are actively seeking new team members to join us as Security Operations Engineers in a dynamic project in collaboration with our esteemed client—a multinational professional services brand of firms, ranking as the second-largest professional services network globally and recognized as one of the Big Four accounting firms.

In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to become a valuable part of an international team responsible for managing the global strategic Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform. The primary objective is to develop strategic capabilities, facilitate transformational efforts, integrate quality into all systems and processes, and enhance the overall experience for stakeholders.

Requirements

Possess a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field of Security;
Demonstrate previous work experience with CyberARK;
Have knowledge and experience with at least two of the following: Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Password Vault Web Application (PVWA), Privileged Session Manager (PSM);
Previous exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) is considered a valuable asset;
Availability to work on-call and shift-based work, as follows:
on-call scheme ( average once every 5/6 weeks - only intended for P1/P2 major incidents.);
shift-based work (from either 7 am or until 7 pm Central European Time);
Knowledge of any other cybersecurity tool such as BeyondTrust, Delinea, Hash Corp, Broadcom, One Identity, and Zoho (ManageEngine) is considered a plus;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
Exhibit strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities;
Possess an advanced level of proficiency in English.

Apply application and technical subject matter expertise, analytical skills, and collaborative problem-solving to resolve complex issues.
Manage Privileged Access Management services and comprehend related infrastructure functions that support these services.
Oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure effective service delivery.
Resolve intricate application and technology issues associated with assigned applications.
