În contextul activit??ilor de recrutare ?i selec?ie de personal pe care le desf??ur?m, v? facem cunoscut faptul c? de la momentul primului nostru contact, indiferent c? acesta este telefonic, prin email, Skype, Whatsapp, prin intermediul website-ului ori al unei platforme specializate de recrutare/HR, al transmiterii CV-ului dumneavoastr? ori a unei scrisori de inten?ie c?tre compania Randstad Digital România prin orice modalitate de comunicare a acestor documente, compania va prelucra informa?ii cu caracter personal de natur? s? identifice o anumit? persoan?, precum ?i date cu caracter personal care nu sunt susceptibile de a duce la identificarea unei persoane. 

Astfel de informa?ii pot consta în: informa?ii privitoare la numele ?i prenumele Dvs., adresa de domiciliu ?i adresa de coresponden??, adresa de e-mail, num?r de telefon, ID Skype, data na?terii, vârsta, studii absolvite, alte calific?ri, competen?e, poza, experien?a anterioar? de munc?, experien?a de voluntariat, interese personale, preferin?e profesionale, date privind de?inerea permisului de conducere, alte date pe care le-a?i transmis c?tre noi prin CV ori scrisoare de inten?ie, precum ?i datele pe care le-a?i f?cut publice pe platforme precum Facebook ?i LinkedIn. 

De asemenea, datele transmise de dumneavoastr? c?tre noi pot fi împ?rt??ite cu clien?i sau poten?iali clien?i ai companiei noastre în situa?ia în care recrutarea este pentru un proiect specific ce presupune colaborarea cu ace?tia. 

Nu în ultimul rând, este posibil s? cerem referin?e de la fo?ti angajatori, demers pe care uzual îl desf??ur?m în etapele finale ale procesului de recrutare ?i selec?ie de personal.  

V? aducem la cuno?tin?? c? datele astfel ob?inute, în baza consim??mântului dumneavoastr?, le vom stoca în condi?ii de siguran?? pentru o perioad? de maxim 3 ani, solicitându-v? periodic reactualizarea acestora. De asemenea, pute?i solicita reactualizarea datelor Dvs. oricând considera?i necesar.
