Reguli Aplicabile 

În contextul activităților de recrutare și selecție de personal pe care le desfășurăm, vă facem cunoscut faptul că de la momentul primului nostru contact, indiferent că acesta este telefonic, prin email, Skype, Whatsapp, prin intermediul website-ului ori al unei platforme specializate de recrutare/HR, al transmiterii CV-ului dumneavoastră ori a unei scrisori de intenție către compania Randstad Digital România prin orice modalitate de comunicare a acestor documente, compania va prelucra informații cu caracter personal de natură să identifice o anumită persoană, precum și date cu caracter personal care nu sunt susceptibile de a duce la identificarea unei persoane. 

Astfel de informații pot consta în: informații privitoare la numele și prenumele Dvs., adresa de domiciliu și adresa de corespondență, adresa de e-mail, număr de telefon, ID Skype, data nașterii, vârsta, studii absolvite, alte calificări, competențe, poza, experiența anterioară de muncă, experiența de voluntariat, interese personale, preferințe profesionale, date privind deținerea permisului de conducere, alte date pe care le-ați transmis către noi prin CV ori scrisoare de intenție, precum și datele pe care le-ați făcut publice pe platforme precum Facebook și LinkedIn. 

De asemenea, datele transmise de dumneavoastră către noi pot fi împărtășite cu clienți sau potențiali clienți ai companiei noastre în situația în care recrutarea este pentru un proiect specific ce presupune colaborarea cu aceștia. 

Nu în ultimul rând, este posibil să cerem referințe de la foști angajatori, demers pe care uzual îl desfășurăm în etapele finale ale procesului de recrutare și selecție de personal.  

Vă aducem la cunoștință că datele astfel obținute, în baza consimțământului dumneavoastră, le vom stoca în condiții de siguranță pentru o perioadă de maxim 3 ani, solicitându-vă periodic reactualizarea acestora. De asemenea, puteți solicita reactualizarea datelor Dvs. oricând considerați necesar. Totodată, vă puteți retrage oricând doriți consimțământul cu privire la prelucrarea acestor date de către noi, prin simpla transmitere a unei solicitări în acest sens, prin e-mail la adresa dpo.ro@randstaddigital.com sau la sediul firmei, la adresa str. Also, the data transmitted by you to us can be shared with clients or potential clients of our company in case the recruitment is for a specific project that involves collaboration with them.

Last but not least, it is possible to request references from former employers, which we usually carry out in the final stages of the recruitment and selection process.

Please note that the data obtained, based on your consent, will be stored securely for a maximum period of 3 years, and we will ask you to update it regularly. You may also request to update your data whenever you consider it necessary.

At the same time, you can withdraw your consent regarding the processing of this data by us at any time, by simply sending a request in this regard.
