Operations Engineer with Security Skills

Position overview
We are looking for a new colleague to join us as an Operations Engineer with Security Skills in a complex project in collaboration with our client, a multinational professional services brand of firms, the second-largest professional services network in the world, considered one of the Big Four accounting firm.
You will be part of the Global Hosting Services (GHS) Infrastructure Operations team, managing and coordinating IT compliance projects and audits.
In this role is necessary to travel internationally to facilitate compliance audits and activities (approximately 20%).


Requirements:
• 5 years in IT infrastructure services, 2 years in Quality Control or related activities;
• Understanding of ITIL processes;
• Expertise in securing operating systems and administering cloud providers;
• Experience with scripting solutions and information security procedures;
• Familiarity with compliance standards and frameworks;
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams;
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:
• Manage compliance of IT processes for Global Hosting Services;
• Support Information Security Management System (ISMS) and enhance operational processes;
• Coordinate enhancements to Information Security posture and compliance with third-party vendors;
• Provide guidance on control design and implementation;
• Drive remediation efforts and recommend solutions for compliance maturity;
• Collaborate with third-party service providers to maintain quality and compliance;
• Work on continuous improvement of Vulnerability Management;
• Identify opportunities for process automation and reporting on controls compliance.


Nice to Have:
• Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools;
• Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions alongside Vault tools;
• Certifications: ITIL, Azure/GCP/AWS, CISSP, CIPP, CISM.
