Information Security Expert

Roles and Responsibilities
· Ensure the availability of up-to-date expert knowledge on risk & security tools, procedures, and systems
· Proposes risk treatment strategies (mitigation, transfer, acceptance, rejection).
· Follow-up proactively on IT security technology, business trends and ITsecurity tool enhancements
· Translate security and technical requirements into business requirements and communicate security risks to different audiences ranging from business leaders to engineers.
· Lead and influence multi-disciplinary teams in implementing and operating cyber security controls
· Recommend automation of security controls to ensure an effective and efficient control posture
· Act as companywide ambassador of preventive IT security
· Participate in vendor selection and challenge the proposals of the external vendor
· Serve as an escalation point for security related investigation with theDigital Forensics and Incident Response team.

Experience / Requirements
· 5+ years of relevant professional experience in IT, Network and Cloud architecture
· In depth understanding of security principles, policies, procedures, and guidelines
· Familiarity with common information security standards such as ISO-27000 and NIST SP 800 series.
· Experience with services and concepts for relevant cloud providers (e.g., AWS, MS-Azure)
· Knowledge of various security technologies such as: e-mail & web filtering, anti-malware protection, vulnerability scanners, host intrusion prevention, network and application firewalls, encryption techniques
· Knowledge in latest vulnerabilities, security trends and their effect on large corporate technology environments
· Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
· Certifications in the field of information security (CEH, CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.)
