The Butterfly Effect Internship has impacted my career way of thinking when it comes to corporate life. I have met here a family, a group of great people, each one with great work and life experience and each one willing of showing what they know.
I was beyond happy the moment I found out I was accepted to be part of Sales OT team, because this is the place where I really felt like I was part of the team. I love it here and I think that every student should have an amazing start of career like this. I am grateful to have lived this experience and I really need to thank everyone for the opportunity of being part of the PepsiCo family!

Intern 2015: Bogdan Ciolpan (DTS Beverage Intern)
First of all you have to be curious, that`s the top of the bottle, so ask questions, as many as you can, without any restrain, for all of your questions will be answered and all of your fears will instantly vanish.
Second of all, be open, „Be open to change”, yes, that too, but it is not enough, be open to yourself, don`t question yourself, question others, that`s the way to go, i`d just leave it like that, „Be open!”.
Third of all, the left side of the bottle, be crazy, a pinch of craziness is definitely required, as one of my favourite artists used to say „If you don`t go crazy you are not normal”, so be crazy, make jokes and have fun while at work, think about your work in a fun way.
Finally, be cool, that`s both the center of the bottle and the center of yourself, be cool with others, be cool with yourself, and be cool through your accomplishments, be cool by facing challanges.
That`s what these last three months made me be, or made me want to be, and if I failed so far with any, I`ll just keep trying until I succeed!

I see the PepsiCo experience as part of my evolution similar to climbing a ladder. The ladder that I built shows with every step how I gained knowledge, friends and how I joined a great team that encourages curiosity, creativity and, most importantly, encourages you to try new things in order to do further what you really enjoy.

PepsiCo represents by far the beginning of my career and my first contact with a multinational company! In the summer of 2015, I had no idea my entire career path will change completely due to an online applicaton. The BIG period helped me understand better how departments work together and it was a great opprtunity to see how complex big companies are. I was the luckiest person on Earth to be an HR intern during BOOST period. I had the opportunity to meet extraordinary people from whom I had and still have a lot to learn. I became part of an amazing team and I was impressed to see how willing they were to teach me HR misteries! There is no doubt that my 3 – month experience in the HR department in PepsiCo helped me develop and become a much better professional. I strongly recommend the PepsiCo experience simply because…initial choices influence long – term careers, and students must take into account this aspect once they start their careers.

I still can’t believe how much I enjoy what I do in PepsiCo… how fast the time has passed, how much I have evolved, how many things I’ve learned and how much I grew! I think that the Butterfly Effect Internship offered us many opportunities, starting with the understanding of the way this company works, thanks to the presentations of each deparment in the first 2 weeks, and finishing with actually working in one of these departments. But among the most important aspects is the fact that we had the opportunity to meet, interact and discuss with extraordinary people from whom we had a lot to learn!
