1. Online application

- Search for Project Controllers jobs with the language requirements that best suit your knowledge

2. Telephone interview 
The next phase of the application process is a competency-based telephone interview which will determine whether you have the general skills we require.

3. Language test 
Prove your knowledge at the HP language test. This step will determine whether you have the European language skills required. We are currently recruiting people with very good knowledge of English and another foreign language, such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish or Hebrew.

4. Face to face discussion
This is the last step of our recruitment process. We will discuss about your skills, experience and motivation.
