Steps:

  1. Screening
  2. Specific technical tests (if required)
  3. HR interview
  4. Operations interview
  5. Offer

The timeframe is different, according to the number of candidates, number of openings for the same project, complexity of the profile, availability of panelists involved in the recruitment process.
