Helping the TA team by sourcing candidates relevant to all open vacancies in countries like Romania, but not only, using different channels (LinkedIn, job boards, websites, social networks, direct approach).
Supporting the Recruitment Team by managing the company's career portal, collecting applications, sending correspondence to applicants
Coordinating with recruiters to determine position requirements
Screening applications according to the requirements
Effective matching of CV's to current vacancies
Scheduling reasoning sessions
Real-time updating of relevant tracking systems
Maintaining contact with potential candidates (via e-mail, phone and LinkedIn), offering feedback on all of the project stages
Strategize different ways to build candidate pipelines
Representing the company at Job Fairs and other events
