    The Distribution department, is today one of the most important players on the Romanian IT distribution market.

    The most significant reprezented brands are: Dataram, Dell, D-LINK, EIZO, Eaton Fujitsu, MemorySolution, NEC, Optoma, Sophos, Polycom, Rimage, TandbergDATA, Targus, Synology; for many of those brands, LASTING is the sole reprezentative on the Romanian market.

    Requirements

    Must-have:
    Higher PR/Communication/Journalism/Advertising/Marketing or relevant professional experience of at least 2 years in one of these fields;
    Experience in organizing B2B events with complete management of the organization process & specific logistic aspects, including online event promotion
    Good understanding of marketing budgets (strategy, tracking, execution, performance indicators)
    Good understanding of social media platforms
    Medium/advanced Microsoft Suite skills (Office and especially Microsoft Excel);
    Availability for event-related travels
    Mandatory: English language – advanced level

    A very good communicator

    Nice-to-have:
    Previous experience in the purchase and/or sales area is a significant asset;

    Responsibilities

    - plan, organize and track all details related to company business events
    - communicate with clients and suppliers regarding all the logistics needed for their participation at our events
    - negotiate contracts with suppliers and pursue their appropriate execution
    - follow up and collect feedback from participants after events
