Finance Graduate/Masters in Finance
Strong leadership behavior and drive for results
Strong management experience
Strong communication skills at VP/SVP level & Capable of preparing, presenting and negotiating business recommendations
Comfortable at executing in a matrix environment and cross functionally

This is a senior role within FSS Romania with operational responsibility for Benelux & Nordics Collection team also supporting this region including responsibility for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions for all direct team members.

Coordinate FSS Collection activities including Team Members.
Manages the investigation of credit risks and fraud involving customers and the collection of amounts due to the organization for goods and services rendered.
Close cooperation and business partnering with Sales, Legal, Commercial finance, Business Operations and directly with our external Customers.
Support internal metrics and goals through credit & collections activities.
Communication at FSS site level: Cascade all global FSS priorities, key messages and feedback loop to FSS leadership team
Career Path for FSS within site: Top Talent tracking, FSS skills gap assessment and reinforcing FSS Learning maps, Finance University, Site calibration, Talent Acquisition, awareness on OJP’s, CSR/Community initiatives, best practice sharing.
Representing FSS Romania in all local on-site leadership activities and forums and communicating effectively with all local FSS team members
