    Ce vei face in acest rol? Iata responsabilitatile:
    • Actualizari in baza de date pentru recrutare (Taleo): actualizare anunturi, incarcare CV-uri, actualizare profil candidati, gestionarea aplicatiilor
    • Suport in procesul de recrutare si selectie: postare anunturi pe canale de recrutare folosite de ING, programare interviuri, comunicarea via email cu candidatii; pregatirea materialelor pentru interviu
    • Validarea telefonica a candidatilor selectati pentru procesele de recrutare entry level
    • Suport in procesul de onboarding al angajatilor noi
    • Generarea si livrarea de rapoarte solicitate legate de activitatea de recrutare
