- Very good Java experience
- Worked in multi-threaded environment and as good knowledge of concurrency management
- Familiar with cloud development in distributed environment using containers
- Proficient with inversion of control (Spring-core)
- Good knowledge of Spring technologies such as spring-tx, spring-jms and spring-integration
- Knowledge of data structures such as XML, JSON and CSV
- Knowledge of unit testing libraries such as Junit and Mockito
- Knowledge of relational databases and Hibernate
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases
- Experience in agile methodology (Scrum, iteration, Jira)
- Understanding in cloud computing and big data aggregation
- Interested in good practices and quality
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Responsibilities:

- Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources
- Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline of data sources
- Experience in operationalizing bespoke algorithms and statistical models
- Create tools and decision engines in collaboration with the data science team
- Provide expert advice and assistance to other teams in the company
