Required Experience:

Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Capital Markets
5+ years’ experience in the Software or Banking industry
Experience in working with Kondor + or K+TP
Very good written and spoken English
Strong client focus and impeccable professional integrity
Excellent communication skills, client facing experience is a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office package and facility to use new applications
Team player, quick learner
Willingness & ability to travel

Your main deliverables as Senior Business Consultant will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Liaise with the clients to analyze, determine and document the customer’s business requirements
Analyse, resolve/escalate problems encountered by the team during the implementation of Finastra products and when interfacing to third-party systems.
Support the User Acceptance & Operations testing of the system with the client
Deliver functional consulting on assigned products to ensure clients can successfully use our solutions including designing & presenting training courses, advice, guidance & recommendations on business best practice
Create test cases and test customizations developed by technical consultants, based on client requirements in the functional specifications
Design & present training courses to our customers
Document problem resolution to make them available for future reference by other Consultants
Lead and mentor technical consultants to achieve the tasks assigned
