    Aptitudini de comunicare in relatia cu clientii
    Aptitudini de relationare cu echipa;
    Initiativa, orientare proactiva;
    Limba engleza

    Constituie avantaje:
    - Experienta in domeniul ospitalitatii sau domenii conexe
    - Experienta de implementare/configurare a solutiilor din domeniul financiar/contabil/ERP,
    - Cunostintele basic SQL, Networking, Remote Tools si CRM
    - Permis de conducere cat B

    Responsabilitati

    Preluarea si documentarea la nivel de baza a incidentelor primite telefonic, prin e-mail, portal clienti
    Suport pentru softurile Bit Soft: rezolvarea solicitarilor de nivel 1 a clientilor Bit Soft si escaladarea situatiilor complexe catre Level 2
    Implementare si consultanta pentru softurile distribuite de Bit Soft mapate pe nevoile clientilor;
    Asistenta post instalare/suport, consultanta dedicata clientilor pentru a asigura folosirea si functionarea optima a solutiilor achizitionate
