Stefanini IT Solutions was founded in Brazil by Marco Stefanini in 1987. Today, Stefanini is a global services provider, delivering offshore, onshore and nearshore outsourcing, IT consulting, systems integration, application and strategic staffing services to mid-size and large companies around the world.
-Minimum of 2 year experience in this field;
-Understands the formal structure of Stefanini, its culture and business/technology environment, its brand and people values, aligns actions and behavior with the company needs and priorities;
-Focuses on the delivery of targets, quality and deadlines;
-Has the willingness to accept changes and the ability to maintain effectiveness in a changing environment and within a variety of dynamic work situations;
-Understands the needs, requests, problems and priorities of both internal and external customers;
-Technical skills: Knowledge Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint;
-People management experience is considered an advantage.
-Coordinates quality activities across all projects; ensures that processes needed for quality assurance are established, implemented and maintained;
-Sets standard or project-specific quality objectives, in cooperation with the project leads, and ensures that targets are achieved;
-Drives identification of the root cause of quality issues and execution of quality improvements plans;
-Organizes and manages the Quality Specialists activities in cooperation with the project leads and the other horizontal leads;
-Provides leadership, support and coordination for the Quality Specialists roles across the site; promotes quality achievement and performance improvement;
-Identifies relevant quality-related training needs; provides training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality;
-Serves as the subject matter expert in quality; is the "go to" person for questions about quality, quality measures and quality improvement;
-To build competence, to achieve objectives and maintain productivity within team projects;
-Ensuring BBP is followed in all projects and maintaining consistency in process;
-Ensuring resource allocation is balanced across teams to get the right person in the right place at the right time. Providing valuable feedback;
-Ensuring procedures are followed in accordance with Stefanini quality standards and work instructions.
