    Essential Requirements

    • Excellent organization skills and attention to details
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proactive, self-starter and intuitive
    • Fluent in English and German
    • Good MS Office skills
    • Willingness to learn and to interact with people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds


    Desirable requirements

    • Experience in working with large-scale software applications
    • Preferably in last 1-2 years of studies

    Responsabilitati

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team in Romania, this role involves supporting the team with their administrative tasks such as:
    • Candidate communication - scheduling interviews, pre-screening candidates and offering feedback
    • In charge with recruitment-related company-wide communications (newsletters, regular info emails, etc.)
    • Maintaining the recruitment database updated with candidate information
    • Doing various data input in the HR systems - offers, resume updates etc.
    • Maintaining the accuracy of job postings and other internal documents
    • Preparing regular reports and presentations
    • Participate in organizing internal and external events (career fairs, referral events, etc.)
