    For an international leader in LED lighting innovation, covering professional lighting in spheres such as supermarkets, retail, office, hospitality, art and logistics and various industrial sectors, we are looking for a Business Analyst.

     3-5 years of business experience; BPO or financial services industry experience preferred;
     Good knowledge in managing the business process measurement systems;
     Deep knowledge of production management;
     Good knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques;
     Knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices;
     Understand project objectives and apply them according to the operational improvement initiatives; very good knowledge of organization’s culture and structure is a must, especially a manufacturer one
     Understand how the ERP is working and how it’s being used within the company along with its complementary tools: CRM, BI, Primavera, etc.;
     Responsible for developing strategies, procedures, and workflows including pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage;
     Bachelor’s Degree in a business field, engineering, industrial technology, technical field;
     English proficiency (B2 minimum).

    Responsabilitati

     Evaluating and designing or re-designing business processes post ERP implementation in a manufacturing field;
     Implementing improvements to the processes and operating procedures, including production operations;
     Mapping the end to end processes and document for a specific customer or customer groups;
     Researching, collecting data and creating desk manuals (Standard Operating Procedures), making sure that all are followed accordingly by the operational teams;
     Analyzing and controlling for a determined period of time the status of the recently implemented processes and evaluate if the results are in line with the organization’s goals;
     Driving and guiding the completion of tools implementation, including simultaneous communication with the local business team and the 3rd party provider;
     Identifying and leading new improvement initiatives driven through Six Sigma methodology or other business process measurement systems; coordinating the activity effectiveness and efficiency of all individuals across various departments involved in the improvement process (sales, technical, production, procurement, project management etc.);
     Initiating group brainstorming activities and workshops in order to monitor if agreed procedures are followed by all users and bring into exercise the Fit/Gap analysis; leading process re-design sessions if required;
     Assuring learning curve completion of the new way of working for each user and organizing additional training sessions periodically until the expected level of knowledge within the team is achieved;
     Reporting to management on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, being also responsible for making recommendations on the implementation of techniques and methodologies for analyzing and evaluating operations, workflow or procedures in a manufacturing company.
