    - Facilitati de exprimare verbal si scrisa;
    - Abilitatea de a se adapta diferitelor tipuri de persoane cu care interactioneaza;
    - Disponibilitate de invatare continua si intr-un timp scurt;
    - Capacitate de identificare si rezolvare de probleme;

    Responsabilitati

    - Interactioneaza telefonic cu unitatile teritoriale in vederea identificarii problemelor acestora legate de activitatea de creditare persoane fizice si gasirea solutiilor corespunzatoare acestora;
    - Furnizeaza informatiile solicitate de catre unitatile teritoriale, referitor la serviciile si produsele specifice comercializate cat si normele, politicile si procedurile in vigoare prin intermediul Regisnet, Outlook, Mediatel etc.;
    - Intreprinde actiuni ulterioare privitoare la probleme nerezolvate in timpul apelului telefonic;
    - Ofera ajutorul pentru rezolvarea problemelor ridicate si inainteaza problemele tehnice nerezolvate catre departamentele/partenerii externi specializati;
    - Cunoaste si promoveaza produsele si serviciile companiei astfel incat sa rezolve cu profesionalism solicitarile angajatilor din unitatile teritoriale;
    - Initiaza apeluri catre unitatile teritoriale pentru promovarea produselor/campaniilor in vigoareInteractioneaza cu alte departamente ale companiei conform cu cerintele de lucru;
    - Pastreaza confidentialitatea datelor cu caracter personal, oferind informatii numai titularilor de cont (se asigura ca sunt respectate matricele de identificare client: identificare simpla, medie si complexa);
    - Realizeaza si alte activitati la cererea superiorului direct atata timp cat nu rezulta din sarcinile principale;
