    - Abilitati dezvoltate de comunicare si organizare;
    - Persoana serioasa, diplomata, stabila;
    - Prezenta de spirit si atentie distributiva;
    - Cunostinte foarte bune de MS Office;
    - Studii superioare finalizate;
    - Cunostinte medii de limba engleza.

    Responsabilitati

    -Derulare activitati specifice zonei de receptie: intampinare vizitatori, preluare/redirectionare apeluri, gestiune corecta a corespondentei companiei ( via fax, e-mail, curierat) etc.
    -Management furnizori si contracte aferente: comenzi de rechizite si consumabile, intocmire documente in vederea efectuarii platilor, verificare termen expirari contracte etc.
    -Gestionare rezervari sali de meeting si asigurare protocolului aferent.
    -Efectuare rezervari pentru diferite deplasari in tara/strainatate.
    -Oferire suport in editarea diferitelor documente solicitate de catre Managementul companiei.
    -Supervizare activitate de curatenie a birourilor.
