    - Previous experience in travel / hospitality industry;
    - Ability to implement and monitor processes and procedures for back office activities;
    - Leadership abilities: supervising, recruiting, monitoring and evaluating subordinated teams;

    Key Activities:
     

    -Familiarise self with operational procedures;
    -
    Familiarise self with all the specifications of the market;
    -Know the products and understand client profile so that clear instructions can be given to the staff;
    -Ensure the feasibility and accuracy of itineraries;
    -To supervise the completion of PO’s in the system within the required deadline;
    -Coordinate the activities of Operations Teams to ensure effective allocation of work;
    -
    Monitor and evaluate team performance and individual potential of each and every team member;
    -Provide training to team members and give them permanent feedback;
    -
    Identify ways to improve the process flow;
    -Ensure good communication with colleagues and management;
