• Administrational background, preferably in Logistics
• Basic technical understanding
• 1-2 years management in Operations activities mainly in Automotive sector
• Lead & achieve & Ensure quality results in environment with no direct reports
• Experience in process auditing
• Energetic; relationship builder, team leader & player, decision maker, strategic & critical thinker, excellent communicator & organiser; O&L skill;

Junior Quality Assurance Assistant in Plant (working for automotive client)_shift job
Level of position: entry level / junior
Location: Craiova, Romania

•Supervision of all processes related to the operation and processing of CHEP Automotive equipment.
•Contact person to the FORD point of contact to CHEP, advises on actions that need to be taken to ensure alignment to needed processes to ensure Chep quality standards

•Monitoring of correct classification of CHEP equipment into RU, AI, AR according to CHEP PQS requirements. Same applies to the correct storage of equipment on site the EPC
•Monitoring of truck loading according to order information
•Interact with Ford point of contact to advise and to ensure consistency of Ready-for-use stock identification
•Perform Quality audits on RU-stock
•Ensure through the Ford point of contact that EPC staff books all movements as per request
•Ensure through the Ford point of contact that EPC staff is performing the inspection activity on site as requested
•Ensure through the Ford point of contact that EPC staff is fully trained on CHEP Automotive products and corresponding Quality Criteria
•Ensure through the Ford point of contact that EPC staff is fully trained on handling and usage of RFID equipment and related processes
•Provision of regular refresher training through the Ford point of contact to EPC staff
