    Ce vei face tu?

    Vei instrui, conform programei, angajatii bancii;
    Vei adapta programa si metodele de invatare conform nevoilor de instruire ale noilor angajati;
    Vei intocmni rapoarte de evaluare pentru persoanele instruite;
    Vei aplica, gestiona si transmite persoanelor interesate instrumentele specifice instruirii (teste, rapoarte, chestionare, evaluari, materiale de instruire, formulare de feed-back);
    Vei verifica respectarea standardelor cu privire la formarea pe care o fac colegii din business cu rol de trainer;
    Vei gestiona procesul de evaluare al performantei, cu scopul de a identifica nevoile de training si dezvoltare si vei face diverse raporate pentru management.
