    Job role

    The ACTS Back Office Admin Support is responsible for all access management and reporting topics connected to the Allianz Cash and Treasury System.

    Requirements

    ◦ Business fluent English and German (spoken & written)
    ◦ Good MS Office Skills (especially Word, Excel)
    ◦ Proven organizational and self-motivation abilities
    ◦ Strong in communication, team player
    ◦ Very good attention to details and reliable personality
    ◦ Able to work self-directed and flexible

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities
    ◦ Handling and implementation of requests for Allianz Cash and Treasury System (ACTS)-authorizations (set-up, change or delete ACTS-authorizations)
    ◦ Creation and checking of authorization forms based on the requirements from the customers
    ◦ Setting up authorizations for the ACTS system, including user IDs and setting up the data from the authorization forms in the specific system.
    ◦ Checking of the payment-related authorizations together with a second colleague (4-eyes-principle) by using a daily report and documentation in DMS.
    ◦ Forwarding of unlocking requests for new or existing users and prolongation of temporary limited user IDs
    ◦ Support users with issues related to authorizations, or also to ACTS itself.
    ◦ Ability to run ad-hoc reports of the existing authorizations for OEs or Group Audit.
    ◦ Grant authorization for ACTS-reporting have to be granted
    ◦ Send orders to update Tabex-table for cashpool reports
