    Cerinte

    ♣ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, marketing, or commercial related discipline;
    ♣ Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in pricing required, preferably within marketing, business, commercial or finance analytics
    ♣ Minimum of 3 years analyst experience driving insight, trends and constructive take-aways from large amount of data;
    ♣ High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and in large data amount analysis, working with complex formulas, pivot tables, extracting required data, high level of attention to details in spreadsheets etc.
    ♣ Proficiency with PowerPoint
    ♣ Very strong analytical thinking skills and detail-oriented
    ♣ Can do attitude and self-starter- ability to proactively generate and drive business improvements from pricing stand point
    ♣ Global mindset and experience working in a multicultural environment and effectively communicating with Sales teams located in multiple regions
    ♣ Ability to collect required data and make recommendations and observations even with less than complete data.

    Responsabilitati

    Position Summary
    Cross Regional Pricing Leader drives the pricing strategy and effective value based pricing for the business through deep understanding of customer needs and competitors’ pricing in the assigned regions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing pricing data and through developing, improving, conducting pricing process will make solid analysis and pricing proposals including for new product introduction, core portfolio management, special deals etc. The purpose of analysis will include regular pricing change recommendations with solid arguments, as well as reporting and presentations of analysis in a concise and relevant manner, to allow quick and well documented pricing decisions.

    Responsibilities
    ♣ Drives pricing strategy and value pricing, by supporting business analysis needs with pricing and portfolio analysis, pricing optimization proposals, pricing analysis by customer/country, FX fluctuation effects with solid based recommendations.
    ♣ Ownership, creation and improvement of pricing processes and tools, maintenance & development of those that empower marketing team to assess current product positioning and optimize growth / margins.
    ♣ Is part of the new product introduction (NPI) process with pricing analysis and proposals to insure pricing excellence and value pricing on product launches.
    ♣ Eliminate ‘cost plus’ mindset by applying value pricing principles and transfer the knowledge to the involved functions.
    ♣ Makes sound pricing recommendations and ensures a strong relationship and communication with Sales teams across signed regions to align on the recommendations.
    ♣ Identify new pricing opportunities, assess the potential impact and makes price recommendations
    ♣ Analyze the balance between growth and size of various customers vs. pricing level and optimization proposals
    ♣ Support development of Price Waterfall Analysis
    ♣ Supports pricing change impact assessment for annual business planning (AOP)
    ♣ FX fluctuations impact analysis and risk mitigation actions proposals Conditions
